High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Classes

Strength and conditioning programs are best described as ‘constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement’, with the stated goal of improving fitness and therefore general physical preparedness. 


Our Workouts are designed to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible and optimize physical competence in each of the ten recognized fitness domains: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.​


Monday - Friday

5 AM, 6 AM, 9 AM, 4:30 PM, 5:30 PM.

FIT Class

Our FIT Class is a 45-minute conditioning class featuring kettlebells and dumbbells for strength, not so much the barbell.  This class is more of a metabolic conditioning class focused on working your muscular and cardiovascular endurance.


Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

8 AM - 8:45 AM (45 minute class)


Yoga Sculpt is a great class to get started in your fitness journey.  It is argely "yoga with weights" which means we are holding stretched positions, sometimes under light load, to develop strength and mobility in a low-intensity class setting.
