Why do you CrossFit?
As a young adult I played all types of sports. I was never the best athlete but genuinely enjoyed competing in any way. I love that CrossFit provides a platform where I can see how my athletic strengths and weaknesses compare to others. It’s also a wonderful community where we can support and challenge others to improve.
What is your favorite WOD?
DT (DT is 5 Rounds For Time of 12 Deadlifts (155/105), 9 Hang Power Cleans (155/105), 6 Push Jerks (155/105)
What is your least favorite WOD? Karen (150 Wallballs For Time)
